Bishop Graham joins Zoom Café Church

The Bishop of Norwich, the Rt Rev Graham Usher, will join the virtual church service of the Reepham & Wensum Valley Team Churches on Sunday 21 June at 10.30 am.
 
Café Church is an informal café-style gathering using the Zoom videoconferencing app, which looks at the community and how it can connect.
 
Bishop Graham will offer a reflection talk and there will be time for discussion.

Gardening club trials online meetings

Reepham & District Gardening Club will hold a trial online meeting on Tuesday 19 May at 7.30 pm.
 
Jeff Johnson will be giving a short presentation on the trials and tribulations of a garden/koi pond, while Karen Brockman will give a tour of her garden.
 
The club’s committee has alredy held several meetings using Cisco Webex, which has proved to be reliable and secure.

Domestic incident in Reepham

A person was taken to hospital yesterday evening (Wednesday 6 May) following what is believed to have been a domestic incident in the centre of Reepham.
 
Paramedics were called to a residence in Merchants Yard, off Station Road near Townsend Corner, at around 4.55 pm.
 
Several ambulances and rapid response vehicles attended the scene, as well as police officers, who blocked off the crossroads.
 
An air ambulance landed on a vacant plat near the primary school and departed at 6.05 pm.
