Our February meeting last Thursday proved a great success and we had a 70% member participation in the Scottish Dancing.
This was probably a good thing since our next meeting at 7.30 Thursday 21st March is entitled "LOOK AFTER YOUR HEART"!  We shall be welcoming Ruth Wicks, a cardiovascular nurse and two of her colleagues. They will be explaining the importance of caring for your heart. More women than ever today are suffering from strokes and heart-attacks.Because women tend to carry on regardless and dismiss possible symptoms it is vital that they heed the warning signs and look after themselves. It promises to be an interesting and informative evening and there will be plenty of time for questions. Please come and maybe bring a friend. We shall be delighted to see you.
