The Reepham-based Iceni Choir has appointed Harry Castle, a graduate of Durham University, as musical director following the retirement of Christine Dix.

Mr Castle, a countertenor, is a member of the music teaching staff at Norwich School and has an extensive choral repertoire and conducting experience.
He has worked with Durham University Orchestral Society, where he was on the production team of four large-scale operas.
