College students raise pennies for Pudsey

This year’s BBC Children in Need has raised almost £35 million to date. Reepham College’s contribution was an amazing £365.06, raised from different events taking place on Thursday 14 and Friday 15 November.

The first ever students vs teachers netball match was held on the Thursday. Early on, it looked like being a close competition, but the students eventually won, putting the teachers to shame.

On Friday it was Pyjama Day, where students could donate a pound to come into college in their pyjamas, slippers and dressing gowns.

At break and lunchtime students could get a Pudsey paw printed on their face for just 30p.

Another round of the students vs teachers football match took place, which was hard fought but ending in a draw.

The college and its students had a lot of fun and raised a good amount of money to help Children in Need.
