The Reepham Good Neighbour Scheme will hold its annual general meeting on Monday 27 March at 7 pm in the Bircham Centre, Market Place, Reepham. Refreshments will be available.
 
The meeting is open to all volunteers and anyone with an interest in helping others in need of befriending, lifts to doctors and hospital appointments, and shopping.
 
We don’t operate from a fixed rota system; when someone in need calls the RGNS helpline, we email the volunteers asking if anyone is available to help.
 

An initial planning meeting will be held in Reepham Town Hall, Church Street, Reepham, from 6–7 pm on Wednesday 8 March (before the town council meeting) to discuss a possible Coronation event in Reepham on Sunday 7 May.
 
A good attendance is welcome, as without sufficient volunteers no event will go ahead.

A large amount of fly-tipped waste has blocked a rural road near Eastgate.
 
The green waste, which appears to include a sink and ironing board, was found by a passer-by on Easton Way, between the junctions for Norwich Road and Brandiston Hall Lane, on Tuesday 7 February.
