The event is being organised by property consultancy Bidwells and estate agent Brown & Co on behalf of property developer Lovell Homes and Reepham High School for the building of 141 new dwellings, as well as a new sports hall for the high school and improvements to Broomhill Lane.
 
The land off Broomhill Lane has been allocated for residential development in Broadland District Council’s adopted development plan (policy REP1).
 
The sports hall is proposed on land south of Reepham High School on part of the existing playing fields.
 
According to the organisers, the exhibition will provide an opportunity to review the draft proposals and provide comments before the scheme is finalised and the planning application submitted. Members of the project team will be available to answer questions.
