Local woman Sophie Edwards (pictured below), who was brought up in Bawdeswell, has opened a twice-weekly sports therapy clinic in the premises of Reepham Hair Studio, Townsend Corner, Reepham.
 
Ms Edwards, 24, who also holds a weekly clinic at the Multiple Scelrosis Therapy Centre Norfolk in Norwich, hopes to increase the number of days she will be open in Reepham.
 
She was educated at the University of East Anglia, where she gained a BSc Hons Degree in Sport, Health and Exercise, as well as a Level 4 in Sports Massage Therapy.
 
After two years working as a personal trainer and dance instructor, Ms Edwards decided to start offering her services as a sports therapist and fitness professional.
 
She provides a range of treatments for injury prevention and cure of pain caused by bad posture, injury and body imbalance.
