Workshops explore how to live with teenagers

Broadland District Council has teamed up with Break charity to provide a series of workshops for parents to get an understanding into what exactly is going on inside a teenager’s mind.

The Living with Teenagers workshop sessions are held at the Carrowbeck Training Centre on Drayton High Road, Norwich, and are free to attend for Broadland residents.

The next sessions will be held from 6 – 9 pm on Wednesday 20 January and Wednesday 16 March, and may be of interest to families in and around Reepham.

It will look at what compels some young people to engage in risky behaviour, why sleeping until noon is normal and some tips on how to cope with the inevitable mood swings.
