Under the motto “We start as a team and we finish as a team”, the group took part in the Mucky Races steeplechase at Blackwater Farm, Great Witchingham, on 25 October. The five-kilometre event including a series of water obstacles, a 150-metre river wade and more than 30 horse jumps.

The team thanked everyone who dug deep in their pockets, particularly the Reepham Spar, as well as Leah and George from the King’s Arms, Reepham, who also took part in the event.

Dereham Cancer Care is a local charity run totally by volunteers to support local people touched by cancer, such as cancer patients, their families and carers, and those recently bereaved having lost a loved one to cancer.

Ms Oswick and her DanceFit members will be raising more funds for this charity in 2016.
