Bircham Centre looking for new trustees

The Bircham Centre in Reepham is looking for new recruits for its board of trustees.

If you are local, passionate and enthusiastic about Reepham’s community and historic buildings, there will be vacancies at the end of April at the Bircham Centre annual general meeting, when three long-standing trustees must stand down having completed their maximum term.

The charity has 12 trustees, who each help with a different aspect of running the Centre. The role of a trustee is to oversee the governance of the building and charity, ensuring the building remains part of Reepham’s past, present and future.

All proceeds raised through the charity are used to preserve the building and the facilities it provides to the local community.

If you feel you have knowledge and experience to contribute and have some time to share, please contact the administrator Gill Wheatley 01603 879242 or thebirchamcentre@gmail.com
