Rotary art success at Aylsham Show

Brilliant weather at the annual Aylsham Show helped Reepham & District Rotary Club to a successful and profitable art exhibition on the August Bank Holiday.

Despite a reduction in the number of exhibits, the art sales, raffle and catering delivered what may turn out to be the most profitable year in the club’s history, with profits in excess of £4,500.

By agreement with the show organisers, this will benefit our charities for the year: Norfolk & Waveney Prostate Support Group, Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide, and Mind's Support Line.

The Rotary Club would like to thank all the artists, visitors and helpers who made it a very successful day.

Food festival progress

Plans are continuing for the Reepham Food Festival, which the Club is organising for 27-28 May 2017. We have been going to other festivals to see how things are done and meet many of the local food producers. We are now looking for the sponsorship needed to fund the festival.

There will be public meetings and displays in the town soon to let you know our plans.
