Charity haircut for Little Princess Trust

Sixteen-year-old Reepham High School student Martina Watts has completed her charity haircut for the Little Princess Trust. She had 12 inches of her hair cut off on 31 December, which will be made into a wig and donated to a little girl who is suffering from cancer and has lost her hair.

Martina’s mother Tia Watts said: “I am very proud of her for thinking of other young people who are in need. Hair is particularly important at her age. This is something she has been thinking about for some time and she grew her hair long enough purposely to be able to donate it.”

Martina has set up a JustGiving page to which anyone can donate. She is also raising money for the charity through her Facebook page and at Reepham High School & College.

The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs free of charge to boys and girls across the UK and Ireland that have lost their own hair owing to cancer treatment and other illnesses.
