Early bird tickets to go on sale for Reepham Music Festival

The Reepham Music Festival is shaping up for its 12th year on Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 August 2019, with North London-based two-tone and ska band Bad Manners now confirmed as the headline act. The festival team has also revealed that a new second stage will replace the previous years’ trailers on the Rookery Meadow field.

Early bird tickets, priced at £27, will be released on Friday 1 February and run until Sunday 3 March. Tickets will be available on the festival website and from Very Nice Things, Market Place, Reepham; Whitwell Station, Whitwell Road, Reepham; and Soundclash Records, St Benedict’s Street, Norwich. (In previous years a booking fee of £2 was added, but this has now been waived.)

More than 100 acts have applied to take part in this year’s festival and the final line-up will include Tragedy, Jake Morrell, Jeramiah Ferrari and Walkway. More details will be posted on the festival website and on Facebook.

Hilary Gauthier, who is organising the festival’s public relations and pictured above with festival director Steve Jenkins, said: “We’ve been going from strength to strength since 2008 and this year promises to be better than ever. And we are still keen to bring on board some more local businesses as partners.”

Bad Manners lead singer Douglas Trendle (aka Buster Bloodvessel) said: “We’ve wanted to play at Reepham for some time now and are really pleased that the dates have worked out this year.”

Any local businesses interested in partnering with the Reepham Music Festival can contact Hilary Gauthier on 07771 393538 or email.
