Police in Reepham are appealing for witnesses following a collision in Norwich Road on 28 June.
The incident happened at about 4.05 pm when a vehicle heading towards Church Hill collided with an exterior wall of Victoria House, damaging brickwork and a window. The house is owned by John and Paulene Rowe.
Officers are keen to trace the driver of a tractor with a green trailer, which was seen in the area around the time of the incident.
