Online workshops to help with riding the ‘coronacoaster’

A Reepham-based charity that aims to improve mental and physical health is offering to help people better understand and manage their emotions and well-being during the third national lockdown.

The Evexia Foundation is offering three free online workshops as part of its Resilient Reepham initiative supported by the National Lottery Community Fund.

To be held via Zoom videoconferencing, the topics are:

  • Understanding Stress and Anxiety on Tuesday 19 January, 3 pm
  • Developing Personal Resilience (your ability to “bounce back”) on Tuesday 26 January, 3 pm
  • Projection and Transference (aka Covid-rage) on Tuesday 2 February, 3 pm

Each workshop will consist of a talk followed by an opportunity for questions and discussion. The talks (but not questions/discussion) will be recorded so they can be sent to people unable/not wishing to attend the live session.

To register your interest, please email Clare Kenvyn stating whether you are interested in all or specific topics and whether you wish to be sent a link to join the workshops or whether you wish to receive a recording of the talk.
