The club has five competitive adult teams and offers youth coaching for ages 5–16. It has a scenic ground suitable for families and friends to come and watch, and a social team with drinks and food after games.

Formed in 2001 by a few friends wanting a game of cricket with nowhere to play, RSCC has gone from strength to strength in the intervening years.

With the picturesque backdrop of Salle church and with an impeccably tended pitch, the club is a great place for new and experienced cricketers alike to ply their trade.

RSCC now has five teams playing competitive cricket. The First and Second XI are in Divisions 1 and 2 of the Norfolk League respectively, and there is a Sunday Friendly XI, an over 40s XI, a midweek T20 XI and youth teams – U9s, U11s, U13s and U15s.

The club is always on the lookout for new players, spectators, volunteers and sponsors and welcomes all ages and abilities. The senior teams train on Thursday nights from 6 pm from mid-April onwards.

The youth setup at RSCC has always been a source of pride for the club, starting with a safe and enjoyable environment to give children their first taste of cricket through to providing a steady source of players ready to move into the senior sides.

The club has U9s, U11s and an all-girls softball team, which will be able to play in one of the many tournament nights throughout the summer, as well as U13s and U15s hardball teams for those making the step up.

RSCC also has regular coaching sessions for more than 50 children a week and is Clubmark accredited:

  • Ages 5–11: Softball Cricket – Mondays, 6.15–7.15 pm, starts 9 May
  • Ages 11–16: Hardball Cricket – Wednesdays, 6.15–7.30 pm, starts 4 May
