An open session on mental health will be held on Thursday 3 July at St Michael’s, Reepham, from 10.30 am – 12 noon.
 
The event is part of the Outstanding in the Field project funded by Time to Change, a programme that aims to end the stigma and discrimination faced by people with mental health problems.
 
Volunteers will be available to talk about their own experiences of mental illness and to answer any questions. It will be informal and there will be free refreshments, including cake.
