County Council election: Conservative gain from Lib Dems
Conservative Party candidate Greg Peck has been elected Norfolk County Councillor for the Reepham Division with 44% of the votes.

He gained the seat from James Joyce of the Liberal Democrats, who was not standing for re-election.

- Greg Peck (Conservative) – 1,231 votes (44%)
- Stuart Beadle (Liberal Democrat) – 783 votes (28%)
- Ruth Goodall (Labour) – 611 votes (22%)
- Paul Brock (UKIP) – 158 votes (6%)
Turnout: 41.5%.
