The free event will feature a rare Aston Martin, a Lamborghini Urraco, a Jaguar XK150S, a 1930 Renault, a 1936 Aubern, a Rolls-Royce and six Alvis cars from 1936 to 1964.

There will also be the usual favourites from Austin Morris, Rover, Triumph and Lotus, from Europe and across the pond with Chrysler, Pontiac and Cadillac, a Mirov 2 featured by Norwich Union and a Ronart V12.

The classic car festival opens to the public at 11 am and ends at 4 pm. It will include Lilwall’s Hog Roast, Dann’s Ice Cream and hot donut stalls, while the King’s Arms, the Dial House and other premises will be open during the event.

Co-organiser Hugh Ivins said: “Enjoy a great family day out and please give generously to this year’s chosen charity, the East Anglian Air Ambulance, which will have a stall in the Market Place during the show.”
