A planning application for a residential development of 141 dwellings on land west of Broomhill Lane, Reepham, has been approved with a number of conditions by Broadland District Council’s planning committee.
The plans, which were first submitted by Lovell Homes in April 2020, include associated open space, highway and landscaping works, and an extension to the existing cemetery on Whitwell Road.
The proposed development must be begun within three years from the date of the decision (18 March 2026).
