Police community forum

The next Police Community Forum for Aylsham, Reepham, Taverham, Drayton, Hellesdon and surrounding areas will take place via Microsoft Teams on Thursday 20 January at 6.30 pm.
 
Those in attendance will be Inspector Kerry Woodbine, officers from the Local Neighbourhood Policing Team and members of the community to discuss local policing issues and successes.

Increase in town council precept

Reepham Town Council has agreed to increase the precept for the 2022/23 financial year.
 
The council’s budget for the next financial year will increase to £82,825, up from £79,485 in the current year, a rise of 4.2%.
 
It will mean a rise of £3.32 a year for a Band D property.
 
This represents the first increase in the precept for many years as the town council has had sufficient reserves.
